Prepaid wallet (no subscription)
We sell prepaid wallet credits in U.S. dollars through Stripe Checkout. Credits pay for metered Minecraft Java server hosting: awake compute (billed per second by RAM tier) and storage above your plan’s included allowance. There is no subscription and no automatic recurring charge unless you choose to top up again.
Minimum top-up $5.29; maximum per checkout $500.00. Daily limits: up to 5 top-ups and $100 total top-up amount per account. Stripe Tax may add sales tax where applicable.
Refunds of unused wallet balance
You may request a refund of unused wallet balance (credit not yet consumed by usage) by contacting us via Contact or cruciblehosting@gmail.com from the email on your account.
Eligible unused balance will be refunded on request within 30 days of the original top-up to the original payment method when Stripe allows, with no deduction from the unused credit amount. Credits already used for compute, storage, or fees are not refundable.
If you delete your account, remaining wallet balance is forfeited unless you request a refund of unused balance before completing deletion.
Chargebacks and payment disputes
If you dispute a charge or your bank issues a chargeback, we adjust your wallet to reflect the disputed amount. Your balance may go negative and service may pause (including wallet freeze) until the wallet is topped up or the dispute is resolved. Repeated or abusive chargebacks may result in account closure.
Service interruptions
We do not offer an uptime SLA or automatic service credits for outages. We may offer case-by-case wallet credit for significant outages at our discretion.
Termination refunds
If we terminate your account for reasons other than abuse, our Terms of Service describe notice and refund of remaining unused wallet balance. At least 7 days’ notice and refund of remaining balance for non-abuse terminations.
Stripe
Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Stripe’s terms and privacy policy apply to payment data they handle.
